Disney+ have revealed that I Am Groot is returning for a second run. The diminutive hero, an cute Flora Colossus sapling, loved his first run of mischievous mini-adventures in August 2002 and so they proceed this September.

The troublemaking twig returns to mischief within the second season of “I Am Groot.” This time, Child Groot finds himself exploring the universe and past aboard the Guardians’ spaceships, coming face-to-face—or nose-to-nose—with new and vibrant creatures and environments.
The trailer continues the mix of sweetness and anarchy, with Groot making a brand new feathered buddy and being distracted by shiny amusements.
The sequence comes from author/director Kristen Lapore, with star Vin Diesel returning to voice Groot. The supervising producer is Danielle Costa; producers are Craig Rittenbaum and Alex Scharf; govt producers are Brad Winderbaum, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso and Kirsten Lepore. Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt is co-executive producer.
